Corporation and Trust Formation

One of the advantages of using Emerald Offshore Solutions as an "International" company is to have us establish an offshore company for you and provide a trusted offshore partner for our clients. We establish trusts, foundations and business companies worldwide and are thoroughly skilled in the selection of which country is best for each particular purpose, and the legal requirements and documentation necessary to efficiently accomplish the establishment of a foreign entity.

Availability

All too often, offshore service providers are basically unavailable once the corporation or trust is established. At Emerald Offshore Solutions, we realize forming your corporation, trust or investment package is a long-term relationship, not a one-time sale. We are able - and willing - to invest the time necessary to establish our client's offshore entity, AND to provide as much service as the client warrants after the sale.

Because of our long-term approach to excellence in client services, Emerald Offshore Solutions does not charge hourly consulting fees. Unlike many other offshore service providers, we feel our job as your offshore representative is to answer questions, provide accurate information from a highly skilled staff, have a strong technical base of knowledge, handle your investments as they were our own, and provide any special services - whatever you need whenever you need it - to you as you may require.

Banking Relationships

When we are asked to establish a banking relationship for clients, we only select S&P rated banks. We don't want to be concerned about the stability of the bank where our clients' assets are held, and we don't think our clients want to worry about this either. But in the end, if clients prefer other banks, we always allow the client to make the decision of which bank to use.

Our services don't stop there. The information you see here gives you a good idea of the range of services we provide, but it's not a definitive list. Emerald Offshore Solutions can facilitate or execute almost all fiduciary contracts including any special offshore global banking, investment, corporate, trust, or traditional banking services such as savings, checking and credit cards.
