Unlike other offshore formation companies you'll find online, this price includes all expenses, including sending your corporate documents via DHL. Your corporation will be formed within 15 business days of receiving payment for your invoice.

Maintenance of your resident agent, nominee directors and payment of government fees is $500 per year.

Costa Rican Bank Account Introduction: US $400

Having a Costa Rican bank account is advisable when you are planning to have your operations in Costa Rica. Otherwise please contact us for other offshore options for your Costa Rican corporation. A visit to Costa Rica will be required, and you will need to bring the following documentation:

Passport
Bank reference letter for each signatory
Bank application form completed and signed
Signature cards and mandates completed
Account sheet completed, which shows transaction activity

Costa Rican bank accounts can be formed immediately upon compliance verification on-site. As soon as it is formed you will be contacted with information on how to wire the initial deposit, which is US $500 (we recommend at least US $600 because of checkbook and other bank charges).
