Unlike other offshore formation companies you'll find online, this price includes all expenses, including sending your corporate documents via DHL. Your corporation will be formed within 7 business days of receiving payment for your invoice.

Maintenance of your resident agent, nominee directors and payment of government fees is $750 per year.

Requirements for Panama bank account:

Apostilled passport copy (what is an apostille?)
Driver's license copy for each signatory to the account
Copy of any Visa or Mastercard in the signatory's name
Personal account bank reference letter for each signatory
Bank reference letter for current company account
Reference letter from someone you do business with (i.e. vendor, service provider) with letterhead
Proof of address (copy of recent utility bill addressed to signatory)
Bank application form (provided by us) signed and apostilled
Signature cards and mandates (provided by us) completed and apostilled
Account sheet (provided by us) completed, which shows transaction activity

Panama bank accounts go through a compliance stage, and can take 4-8 weeks to be formed. As soon as it is formed you will be contacted with information on how to wire the initial deposit, which is US $1000 (we recommend at least US $1100 because of checkbook and other bank charges).

Certified passport copy
Personal account bank reference letter for each signatory to the account
Professional reference letter (preferably from your lawyer or accountant)
Proof of address (copy of recent utility bill addressed to signatory)
Bank application form (provided by us) signed
Signature cards and mandates (provided by us) completed and certified
Account sheet (provided by us) completed, which shows transaction activity

An account with our Belize bank takes 15 business days to be formed. If you choose this option your total turnaround time should be 5 weeks from when we receive your funds, provided all the documentation required is in order and accepted by the bank's compliance department.
